Yes, overcrowded. Need more info on stuff...

-How often do you do water changes
-Did the water get cloudy when you added the driftwood
-What are the readings
-How long has the tank been setup

What were the stats befre you changed the water, you are VERY overstocked. Puffers eat alot, therefore pooing alot! Bumble bee gobies do best in brackish water, CAE's get far to big, and aggressive for a 5 gallon tank, and your ghost shrimp will probably end up being a snack some day. What kind of a cloudy is it? A milky cloudy? A green cloudy?> or a brown cloudy?

The stats were 0 and 0 befor ei did the water change who is that stupid to check after?
Everyone tells me not to worry about ph, so i'm not going to worry about it. The CAE is going to be traded every time it gets to big, my puffers only eat 1 time a day, there very small that cna';t poop mroe than a bigger fish, can they?

it was a brown cloudy

Over crowding and the driftwood that would be my guess. Tanic acid in the driftwood would account for the brown coloration and the cloudness is from the puffers. Even if you only feed them once a day they are still messy fish, like goldies. Try doing a 5% water change daily and see how that goes.
