Im geussing this is the best place topost snail questions?? I have a few gold snails in my 55g. Anyways, it was the craziest thing, the snail was using the back of his body to stand straight up, i thought it was peculiar so I looked closer to see it had a guppy that must of died form some natural cause, cuz everthing else is fine. he was standing straight up and had his whole body wrapped around the guppy and his head was bent right over i geuss eating the guppy! Has anyone else ever had this happen? I didnt think sanils did this? Should I be worried if the guppy had an illness and the snail ate it?
i caught a snail of mine with a tiger barb in its...uh..."mouth" before. snails eat pretty much ANYTHING edible on the tank bottom...or side...or under the driftwood.
