I saw this on ebay. Almost sounds to good to be true. Has anyone seen something like this in action?

It's not juts a hatchery!. This unit mounts inside a fresh or saltwater aquarium. Brine shrimp eggs and salt are added, and air pump is attached. As shrimp hatch in 18-24 hours (aided by aquarium temperature), the babies find their way to the collection tube and swim right out into the tank, where your fish are anxiously waiting to devour them!
Newly hatched brine shrimp are tiny, but excellent quality food for baby fish - almost a must for many egg-layers. This outfit makes hatching and feeding them in small quantities a simple affair.
Safe in Freshwater? Almost every one of these I sell is put in a freshwater tank, even with fairly salt-sensitive fry like Corydoras catfish. Since there is no circulation in the final chamber, the salty water stays mostly at the bottom and the fresh layers above it. The baby Artemia swim right on through, but very little salt water flows into the aquarium from the hatcher - unless of course you spill it, so be careful!
I have a number of hobbyists that have installed one of these in EACH of their fry tanks, and are very pleased with the results.
