I am still around!!

I just wanted to drop by and say hello to everyone. I am still around and the tanks are doing just fine. I am very busy since I have quit my job and am doing my own business venture now for about 8 months or so. I miss all of you thats for sure. Thank you, I appreciate the support. It was a tough step to do. The hardest was going from a guaranteed income where I traded dollars for hours of service worked to I had to make my own profits for my family to live off of and some/many hours where totally fruitless of profit.

If you make any "profit" you are doing good the first year or two! What I found was some of the household expenses became part of the business expenses because of working from home and heating my shop and using the home phone, etc. I had a CPA that helped me figure those percentages and it worked out fine. You are right, tho, working from home is hard to adjust to - everyone thinks you are available for everything - almost like you retired!
