.... hard to tell from the pick, but I'd keep this stem in a Q-tank until they hatch... unless you know something I don't, I think those could be pond snail eggs... and I doubt very much you want to purposely put those in your tank.
snails, like most things, are good in moderation. pond snails have a tendency to take over a tank, hence why people don't want anything to do with them. clown loaches do eat them, so you could just see what happens.
I would let your loach eat the snails, IF they are snail eggs! If they're not, I'm sure your fish will eat them anyway. Hope they don't have diseases o_0
