i got my cories yesterday. i didnt notice till i got home that 1 of them was different. will that one be ok? they are aeneus cories. the other one has blakc strips going from head to tail. and they seem active when im not watching but when i show up they stop and move to the other side. then when i go to the other side they go to the other side. and then they go nuts and then clam down. they are also breathing fast after they do that. is this normal?

Cories generally will accept other species of cory cats into their "clicks." i've noticed this with mutliple species tanks at the LFS, they all swim happily together. I wouldn't worry about it. Do you breathe fast after you run? same sort of thing when fish swim very fast then stop.

Different environments, dunno. They could just be adjusting to their new home. All fish get a little stressed out when they move from one tank to the other. Eventually the cories will snap out, and hopefully calm down a little. But cories are pretty wild fish, known to swim fast and be a little jumpy.
