I Need Help Identifying This Fish

I found this fish in my crab trap in Long Beach Island, New Jersey. Nobody who has seen these pictures know what it is. It looks like a mix of a snakehead and a catfish, but uglier.

I want to make sure this thing isn't dangerous to the area if it doesn't belong here.

Looks kind of like a stone fish... kind of.

It's a small Sea Robin. They are extremely common in our area, I catch them all of the time in NY/NJ waters.
