I am inheriting this fish, as well as a few others, from a friend's neighbor and for the life of me, I can't quite figure out what kind of fish it is. My best guess is that it is a White Skirt Tetra, but I really don't know. Thanks for the help, pictures are attached.
It's defiantly a tetra, sorry I can't help you with the specific name,
but it obviously seems to be a relative of the White Tetra, but I'm newer to the fish world, so I don't know all too much compared to other people.
