the one with the red leaves to the best of my knwoledge is an Echinodorus Oriental,
With lots of light, CO2, and iron, it will turn into this:


...although it might be an Echinodorus Rubin, not sure.


The plantlet that I sold to you was one of the plantlets that formed on a long stalk that grew out of the center of the mother plant this June. The mother plant sends out a long stalk with several plantlets on it every June.
The grassy plant is Echinodorus tenellus, often just called tenellus.
