I have a QT tank up for a little over a month now, set up on 2.20. In the last two weeks I have lost all my fish except three!

Almost a $100.:(

I had Roseline Sharks at $12 a pop and two mollies.

20 gallon tank ~ params are all fine. They all have been fine for close to a month!

Last week I noticed a dead Shark ~ now today I see one on its way out. Spinning, but still swimming.

I also lost one Molly three weeks after QT was set up.

What is going on? Would you go back and talk to the lfs? I know most only have warranty for the first 7 days!

But, My goodness! I did read about the Roseline Sharks and that they can be real sensitive....I am glad I didn't put them in my main tank yet!

So sorry to hear that, I know how bad loosing fish can make a person feel.

I hope you are able to get some good answers for your dilemma.

I'd go back to your lfs and ask them if they've had any issues with the health of the stock themselves. First though I'd look at all issues you may have had in your QT - are the parameters really all good? Was there any aggression, signs of a diagnosable illness, anything at all? If there really wasn't anything going on within your control, then yeah, I'd go talk to the store.

Thank you, Laura! No. Everyone was fine! Eating, params fine ~ took sponges from 125 gal to set up Qt like I always do. Tested the water as well.

I have two fish left out of seven, I think I had!

I am going back and talk to them. Thank you!
