pH -
1. Fill a clean test tube with 5mL of water.
2. Add 5 drops of "Indicator Solution".
3. Shake several times.
4. Compare to the "High Range pH Color Chart".

Ammonia -
1. Fill a clean test tube with 5mL of water.
2. Add 8 drops of "Ammonia Test Solution Bottle #1".
3. Add 8 drops of "Ammonia Test Solution Bottle #2".
4. Cap the test tube and shake vigorously for 5 seconds.
5. WAIT 5 minutes for the color to develop.
6. Read the test results by matching against the "Ammonia Test Color Chart".

Nitrite -

2. Add 10 drops of "Nitrate Test Solution Bottle #1".
3. Cap and invert test tube several times to mix solution.
4. Vigorously shake "Nitrate Test Bottle #2" for at least 30 seconds (extremely important).
5. WAIT five minutes for the color to develop.

how much is the rock (price per pound?)

I would stear clear from ocean water especially at this stage (and any stage for that matter) of your experience. No need to create oppurtunities for unwated problems by using ocean water.

I have the color charts but now way for my to get them on here. Call the company?
