ICH Disease

Well I've encountered an ICH problem and am currently useing super ICH cure, and I was wondering if I had to change my aquaclear carbon filtering (sponge and charcol) after the treatment has been done.

I've never used meds for ich, but I think that the carbon needs to be out of the filter DURING medication, as the carbon will remove the meds.

Do a search here under my username and ICH for the method I have used with 100% success.

Yes you need to take the filter out while you medicate. Replace it with a simple sponge filter or that sort of cottony stuff they sell at the fish store - it's just a temporary filter that you throw away after. Once you're finished with medicating, do a 50% water change and put a new carbon filter in.
