Well i bought some bleeding heart tetras for my 20g tank and they were diseased. Didn't know it, because i look at the fish and the fish in the tanks before i buy and there was no signs of it. So it must have just been in their gills or something. Anyway all 3 of the bleeding hearts died, they looked like they had salt poured on them. The other fish didn't have hardly anything on them. I went to the store and bought ick clear by jungle, and dosed them once and it looks like it is cleared them up completely, but i am still going to do a 25% water change and dose again to make sure. One of my neons suddenly looked pale and the stripe through it wasn't visible anymore and it wasn't eating. Since i dosed the tank, that neons color and stripe came back and it is eating like a pig lol. According to the instructions on the ick clear, there was no need for salt or temp change and it is working great. I also got fungus clear, in case of secondary infections. I will let you all know how things are going. Also I am going to be setting up a 10g quarantine tank, because i don't want this to happen again.

so far so good

Well I think it is totally cleared up. I see no signs of the ick and no fish are bouncing off the rocks anymore. One of the neons had a sore on its side but now has healed and almost can't see it anymore. I am very happy it worked, i was so worried.

I'm just starting toget rid of ick, I saw it on my pleco first or well I think so I bought QuICK Cure, it can treat other parasites infestations like ick and well even though I know it didnt act like it I bought the cure and its starting to heal.

It says treat the ick for two days then it should clear up within a week or two if not before.
