Sorry I have no pic.

The fish in question, was sold to me as a bristlenose pleco. It does look exactly like all of the pics I have found on the net, except the tips of all of its fins are white.

Sorry I know its not much to go on. I am aware of how many different types of pleco there are.

pretty close, not so many white spots, but it is still young, only 1.5 inches, do the spots develop later in life

Not all bristlenoses have spots. The bristles usually develop later in life, too.

As far as I know, spots can develop as the fish ages. Sounds like a beautiful pleco with or without spots
