Help with id.

Pics below. What is it? Its white and in the sump and overflow. Any idea what it is.. I tried posting in my 20 gallon thread but nobody seems to reply. so here goes.

They are just stuck to the glass!

It's hard to see from the pic, but is it possible they're sponges?

think you could get a side picture of one? instead of lookin at the belly of whatever they are? and man! you have ALOT of them!

if they dont move they are most likely sponges, i think i had 1 or two of those in my old eclipse 6, "pineapple sponge" nothing to worry about

I think you might be right. They are known as scypha sponge. Thanks for the ID. Helped alot.
