I have bought a 30 Gallon Tank which I would like to add a selection (large or small) of (Dwarf mbunas) or (labidochromis caelruleus) any ideas of numbers and also recomended species would be appreciated thanks! I have also been made aware of (Pseudochromis solousi) again opinions and recomendations would be gratefully received,

hm 30gal is kinda small for africans but saulosis should work, yellow labs can get kinda big for a 30, also just because they say dwarf doesnt mean they can be kept in a small tank, demasoni are dwarfs and need near a 100gal with a large group of them and even then they sometimes kill each other off

For a 30gal I'd go with something a bit less aggressive than Rift lake cichlids. Keyhole cichlids, Bolivian Rams, And Dwarf Flag cichlids would be some of my choices. Well Shell Dwellers would work in a 30 gal also. There are a wide range of smaller cichlids that would be well suited for a 30gal.
