I just discovered something odd growing in the back of my tank. It's rather large and apparently has something growing upwards on it. I'm guessing it's some kind of algae but I've not seen anything quite like it. It's very flat against the rock, though the edges are starting to curve upwards, and obviously there is the 'sprout' at the top. A smaller patch is staring to grow under it. Any idea what it is/best way to remove it? Thanks.
