Identify Cichlid

I got 3 of these cichlids the other day, and I forgot what the guy called them. Cant really find them anywhere on the net :\

do these guys come albino? i have three albinos sunburst they were called at the store, but cant find anything about them & these fish look the closest i've seen.

Right now the fish are about 2 1/2 inches. If they are a GEO they should get around 12 inches from what I have read. I will keep them until they start to outgrow my tank, then I'm gonna give them to my friend who has a 300 gallon tank cause I am moving in january and it wouldnt pay for me to invest in a larger tank right now

knicely-cichlid, albino sunburst usually refer to albino peacocks, usually baenschi, aulonocara baenschi, they are fairly peaceful african cichlids, beautiful fish
