Okay, well if money wasn't an issue, what kind of setup would you do for a 55 gallon (or so) heavily planted aquarium?

I'm mostly talking about equipment here... like a canister filter, co2 system, heating, etc...

I'm not rich, but it's nice to know what the top of line stuff is to compare everything to... and I'm sure I'm not as knowledgeable as all of you! ;)

I would like:

Metal Halide setup (overkill but will grow plants superfast) with fans.  But power compacts will do considering it's only a 55 gallon.  MH will be need in deep tanks.
Fluorite as substrate
Co2 bottle with solenoid, needle valve, pH monitor.
Temp monitor.
Built in overflow with sump (I like my main viewing tank to contain no equipment).
Water topoff system with float switch.
Dosing pump for PPMD or other additives.

CO2 bottle from a welding store or a brewery.  Really they are practically the same.

Or I would just buy the whole dang setup at
http://www.marine-monsters.com/front/products/co2.html

without thinking or http://www.aquabotanic.com/CO2page.html

Can get a CO2 bottle locally cheaper since shipping might cost a lot.

Get a pH meter just or get an aquacontroller used in reef tanks to make sure everything is automated.  And connect it to your computer.

Get a dosing pumps just for kicks although I want really need it.  Mostly used for reef tanks but if it makes life easier then fine.

Get an RO/DI units just to feel rich.

Hire a teenager to clean algae off my glass every week for minimum wage.

Buy some friends.  Make sure buy only friends that will admire your tank and heap praises.

Buy a robot that does all the maintenance work on equipment and such.

I'd go with two smallish eheims (one on both side) for filtration... flourite/gravel mix substrate (40lbs. flourite, 20lbs gravel)... some really nice compact flourescents (120 watts total)... as for plants, I'd have a huge tangley jungle (achieved with Yamato green) with swords, indian star, anarchis, anubias, water sprite, valisneria... and a huge piece of driftwood in the center... as for heating, a nice ebo jager or tronic heater (geez, like 300 watts? ~5 watts per gallon...)... I'm not a big CO2er person, so nothing with that...

and i'd have 20 harlequin rasboras, 3 Apistogramma cactuoides (male, 2 females, from my existing ones), 3 A. trifasciata (same thing), and yeah... that's be great :)
