im getting a new tank! i found a 75gal acrylic tank on criagslist for $75 and im going to pick it up today!

thought yall would like to know

just that tank, but still, it was used by a labrotory for FW something or other and is in perfect condition save for a few exterior scratchs that can be buffed out, this is going to be a CA tank with just one fish, a Jag. im planning on lots of driftwood and a cork bark background.

ill also build a stand for it.

well it didnt work out as the tank was scrathed beond belief (whihc he never told me) and it was pre drilled (also was never told) but i guess this means ill have to find a 125gal nad get a breeding pair! lol

Ohh that sucks! Acrylic scratches really easily...I'd go with glass.

i would but ive heard and seen the damage ful grown jags can do to glass, id rather be safe than sorry with acrylic

and sorry about not getting your tank, but like you said, you can go bigger now, i'm getting ready to get the wood for my 125 gallon stand , W0oT!

Were the scratches so bad you couldn't buff them?
