Could be an internal parasite, can be easily cured with anti-parasitic foods *cough* petsmart has some/cough* Or you can try soaking some of her flake in garlic extract.

Or she could have a blockage. You might watch her and see if she is acting sick in any other ways. Try feeding her a blanched pea with the skin removed and see if that helps her a little. Also, while doing the pea thing hold off on her other food. Sometimes it is a good idea to skip a feeding to give their systems a break and give them time to digest. Alot of people skip a day a week.
