Is this fish infected?

There are some spots on the body...let the pics do the talking.

If so, what do I have to do to get a nice, healthy betta again?

the red spots... seem like lost scales... is it in with any other fish ?

Is he still eating and active?

I think he may have some red scales, since his mother's generation (ie casper's children) has some red marble. (i'm not sure if red marble is the right term... but what i mean is casper's children seem to be red)
Some of my other fry also look similar to this one. Some has white scales in between the blues.

I'd glad he's turning back to the darker color!

Still eating, begging and very active

the spots are actually lighter and not as dark of a red. He seems to be very healthy and active though.
