I recently purchased two Velvet Sucker Loaches. I've never owned loaches before but was looking for something that would be compatible with my dwarf puffer. After four days they seem to be getting along fine. The loaches are even eating the leftover bloodworms I feed the puffer, so the tanks not so messy. But I can't find any info about these loaches. Such as how big they are going to get. Since they seem to be thriving on the bloodworms, I'm guessing that is an okay food for them, although I was expecting to feed them some wafers. Anyways, since they are doing so well, can someone provide me with some insite as to how big these fellas are going to get? Or how they behave? Any comments are welcome.

I've never heard of a loach by that name, and a google search came up pretty empty. You could go to www.loaches.com and see if any of the loaches there look like the one you have. Unfortunately, wholesalers are always making up new names, which makes it hard to work out what you're buying.

It's really hard to say if they'll be compatible without knowing what kind of loach it is.
