Pics are crap, but thats just because I just finished doing a water change, and Sevvy was all stressed and hiding in the driftwood :p But I had the uncontrollable urge to take pictures :p

Anyways, I THINK hes a male, his face sorta has the little markings on it, but it could be too soon to tell.
Water is that colour because of the driftwood too ;)

Yep, Sevy and Dory are the 'centrepieces' of my South American tank..lol oh, and George the Geophagus ;) I've always loved the golds, but Sevy and Dory refuse to share their tank with anyone else :(

Congrats on the new fish.

Question (Don't yell at me I'm not thread hijacking :p ) Are Severum's aggressive or semi-aggressive? Do all of the varieties of Severum get to be about the same size, and behave similar? Are they species only tanks or community? (Sorry for the ?'s but a newbs gotta learn don't he? :D )

LOL Matt, I already have 2 tanks devoted to Africans :eek: Now I got Africans, CA and SA :D
Thanks again!
Oh and since my severum is currently living alone, im really not sure...but i think that they are semi-agressive......I think they all get to about the same size and they can be in species only and also in a cichlid 'community' tank so to speak...allthough, ive never tried :eek:

When i first got him he was SUPER shy, and now i've got him eating from my fingers ;)
Seriously, this little dude is so awesome...i love him lots...great little fish
Its gonna be funny when he gets too big for his little cave tho ;)
