Iodine for my Shrimps?

So I've heard that youre supposed to provide trace iodine for shrimps to help molting.

My amano shrimps have molted 3-4 times in the past month. So I'm considering getting more iodine for them.

My question is, do I need to buy special iodine from the pet store or can I get some iodine drops from the grocery market?

I saw some bottles at the petstore but they seemed to be for saltwater inverts and corals...is that safe for freshwater shrimp like amanos?

Are there other trace elements I should provide?

You really don't need to add it. As long as they have been molting in your tank, and you are doing regular water changes, then you clearly have enough in your tapwater and they're getting enough in their diet.
