is it a royal gramma??

i bought this fish but he was labeled as something else not a gramma is it a gramma there is no dot on the upper fin like most grammas

Without the dot I would think it is easily mistaken as a royal gramma but is in fact a royal dottyback which is an aggressive little beggar.

I think they may also be known as bicolor pseudochromis or something like that, if you're looking him up.

That's the one. Known to be aggressive. Not a good pick for a first fish as it will harass any additions.

thanks he is a dottyback although he hasnt harrassed any other fish i dont think hes gonna wanna harrass the puffer and the two clowns well the dotty dont want nothing to do with them thanks for the replies
