Is it something I should worry about?

I asked about this in another thread, but I guess I'm not getting answers because people don't know what I am talking about. So, I am going to ask in this thread and post a pic. One of my angels has a bunch of black dots on both of his sides and I am wondering if that is a bad thing. If it is what should I do? Here is a pic.

Thanks for looking.

I'm not sure what that is but when I was fishing in minnisota alot of the fish I cought had the same thing as well as the bait we were using. it might be something to worry about but I think they will be fine as long as they don't seem to grow and get more spots.

Thanks guys. I really like Strider and I was hoping it was just a color thing. One of my other angels, Illusion, has a few spots too (not as many as Strider though) and I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be loosing them. They're pretty fish. Thanks again.

You're welcome. He really is a beautiful angelfish. :)
Reminds me a lot of my first angel, "Guy Smiley."

So you have 4 of them in total, right?
If the two you think are a pair end up being a true pair and lay fertile eggs (i.e. the good kind that end up hatching ;) ), will you still try to keep your other two? Any possibility of them pairing up as well?

I don't know. It would be great if Oreo and Strider paired (if one of them is a girl), but Oreo is still kind of small compared to the other angels and I don't know who's what really. Illusion being a girl kind of surprised me. I will deffinately keep my first four angels, but I'll have to try to pawn off the babies to other people. Such as my brother-in-law, the LFS, any of you guys who are local to me. I might keep one or two, but I don't want to over do anything and my tank can't take many more occupants. I'll have to see if my dad will let me house some of my fish in his tank upstairs will the babies grow.

I hear ya'! I've got 6 of them in my tank, and my plan is to keep whichever pair ends up including my favorite angelfish ("Guy Smiley"). It'll be hard parting with the other 4, but I just won't have the room for them. Hopefully we'll both end up finding good homes for the ones we can't keep.
