He's basically always swimming while aiming towards the top of the tank, like he's always expecting food. He doesn't look near death, he's very active, but swims like this all the time. Ideas?

It sounds like it might be swim bladder disease, or some kind of defect that makes him swim strangely. Has he always swum like this?
