when one of my dojo loaches get hiper he starts going to the top and makes sounds like he is dreenking air??

Sounds like he's struggling to find enough oxygen in the water.

I would check your ammonia/nitrite/nitrate levels.

Is your filter working properly?

my ammonia and nitrate are perfect and i have a power head and an air block that goes acrost the back of the tank i hope hes ok

Dojos do that all the time, it's why one of their names is the weather loach, they will dart up and down the tank when they feel a change in the barametric pressure (change in the weather). I wouldn't be concerned.
