hello! how large is your tank? this will make all the difference in keeping a managuense.
i have seen them kept with texas, BIG oscars, Unbees, Dovii, red devils, etc. but all were in tanks of about 125gallon+.
just keep in mind that the managuense is a TOUGH customer, and in anything less than a 125 i would only keep a pair.
just keep in mind that temperature, tanksize, aquascape, and the individual cichlids personailties will all play a factor, and you may have to experiment a bit.
