This is the second time now in about 6 months that a Glowlight Tetra of ours leaped out of our tank through about a 4cm gap in the front. We have a rack for our light and therefore the glass cover over the front part of the tank sits about 4cm above the rim of the tank. We got home late tonight to very sadly find one of our 9 glowlights on the carpet about 10 inches in front of the tank completely dried up. Why does this happen and what should be done to prevent it from happening again in the future?
