Just a final check!

Hi,
as many of you know i am breeding my ram. I just want to know how many times a day do fry need to be fed ? because i am going back to school this tuesday and if they spawn and the eggs hatch how will i feed them when im at school ? will i just have to put fry food in once in a morning and twice in the afternoon (one when i just get in and just before i turn the lights off) ?
any ideas ?

Ideally I would say 3-6 small feedings a day. But who has that kind of time?

A few times a day should be fine for them. I've found that clean water and the quality of the food is much more important, and can have a bigger impact on health and growth than the number of times they are fed.

*EDIT* sorry, should have mentioned that for the first few days they will not eat because they will still have their egg sac. So don't go dirting up the water untill this is gone. Even after its been absorbed, it can still take a few days before they really start feeding.

Thanks Orion... i am just getting my knowlage up to full scrach of what to do and when... when i did a 50% clean today like because the tank was just so dirty from being on my holiday, and i am gonna put it on rate my tank tomorrow because my dad wont uplad them today GRRR! lol so you will be able to see a pic of the tank then
