yep. If you go fish only with live rock you won't have to pay for an expensive lighting system. If you go bare bottom you'll save $$$ . Anyways, you'll need a skimmer and live rock . 5-7$ per pounds of Live Rock X 30-50 = between 150 and 350 $ in a local fish store. You can buy some online. The 45 pounds box is so cheap.
For about 150$ you can have a decent protein skimmer in the states i guess.
