JUST BOUGHT GHOST SHRIMP

OK I just bought some ghost shrimp, their still in the bag in the tank floating. How long should i wait to let them out the bag?

you should do a search on the board about acclimatizing new fish/critters. Usually people float the bags on the tank for about 10 minutes while mixing a little bit of tank water into the bag every few minutes. Then pour the shrimp into a net over a bucket (so none of the pet store water gets into your tank) and put them into the tank. Floating the bag is to try and get the temperature to equal out, and mixing the water is to try and get them used to any different water chemistry that your tank has vs the pet store.
