Right now i have 3 neon tetras, 2 golden mystery snails, 2 ghost shrimp, and a african dwarf frog in a 10 gallon TopFin aquarium from petsmart. The tank has filtration and a pretty good sized live plant. Is this tank full or can more neon tetras be added to it?

thanks for the tip balloon fish, my other question is how active are african dwarf frogs, i hear some peoples swim around and are sociable, but might hides under a little thing of decor, is it normally that i see more action out of the snails then the frog?

To be honest with you i found my mystery snail is more interesting then my ADFs cause the mystery snail is always on the move. But the only difference is its a new addition (about a month old) compared to my ADFs which i've had since a year ago so i guess its just cause mystery snails are something new to me. But they aren't really a bad thing to have in your tank and i found its always interesting to watch them still so go for it :)
