Just went to the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago

I absolutely loved and was in awe with the Amazon tanks. I'm really inclined on getting an Angel tank now. Can someone help me with what would be a good tank size and setup for about 2-3 Angels and some Tetras?? My dad might get me a 29g for christmas, so I was gonna put 1 angel in it, some neons, and some corydoras (which I saw there too, so cute!!). Thanks in advance for reading this.

A 29 should hold 2 angels, the taller the better. The neons will be a tasty snack sooner then later in that size tank. Angels are relentless when hunting small fish.

You can start with angels in a 29g, but you may have to rehome them down the road - a 29g will be too small for full-sized angels . . ..

Ok, I just heard that they could stay in a 29g neons. What about other tetras (like bleeding hearts) and some cories??

I went there when i was in 6th grade. it was realy cool and been thinking about going there when i head to chicago for my next concert, stay for 2 days and do both u know, but i have to say if u are ever in the northwest of the state and are around dubuque, the mississippi river aquarium is kind of a letdown.

Thanks for the heads up. I found out that my dad isn't gettin me a tank for christmas. He's getting me a gun. Yay!! I've been wanting one but he just doesn't want to support my hobby anymore.
