Juvenile - Jack Dempsey or Green Terror?

It's about 1.75 to 2" long now, and came from a mixed Jack/Terror tank.

It does not have the tell-tale green stripes by its mouth, but does have the orange/red fringe on the dorsal fin (did not showup in the picture).

It does have the little blue and green jack spots, but not as prolific as one would expect, and also has a brown/black striping over his body.

Jack? Terror? A cross between them?

JD, irridescent scales around the eye in a simicircle.

Cool, it was mainly the red/orange strip throwing me off - I've never actually seen this on a Jack - perhaps it's just a young'n thing? There's also a red hue over the second half of its body.

At anyrate, quite the little character.

Yep, Blue Acaras, Green Terrors and JDs hard kind of hard to tell apart at a young age. That simi circle around the eye is a dead give away.

I saw one just like yours today at the LFS.
