Ok, so I finally got my new figure 8 puffer, after getting it into the tank, things got ugly. few min later, I saw him between the heater and the wall. I pulled the heater from the wall and he was stuck to it, and died just after freeing him. I hope this was just a freak accident, but,,, is this common? Is there anything I can put over the heater that will not effect it's use, but protect my fishes from cooking themselves?
