Very beautiful looking fish! Who says hybrids can't steal the show once in a while?
How old is he?

haha yep, you guessed it...a hybrid! some people cringe when they hear that word eh? haha
umm im really honestly not sure how old he is, he came with the tank, but im suspecting maybe a year? year and a half? i really dont know

Sure can! The orange spots on the soft rays of the dorsal and middle of the the caudal fins can be seen in S. fryeri, but there's also something P. electra-esque about him. Gives his face a very nice shape. A strong "I can pound through stone with this face and not feel it!" look.
I wonder what the mbuna part is. All I can think is P. elongatus but could well be almost anything.
I had a L. caeruleus x M. greshakei hybrid that could have passed for a P. socolofi!
I really dig it. Best of both worlds. *SUNSMILE*

LOL Matt...i didnt say there WAS NO electra in him, but , well you know what i said
