Last night, I was turning out the lights in the room with my aquarium, and my kribensis shot out of her cave with her back fins straight up and the most pronounced colors I have seen on her. Her belly was cherry red instead on the usual "blushy" color, and the darker colors were darker too. I have only had this fish for about a week, so can anybody tell me what causes this kind of display? Was she in "fight mode?" Or maybe wants to breed? Maybe it had something to do with the dark room?

When I bought my Kribs they were kind of bland looking. Then a week later the male and female were all colorful. Thier colors were really dark and really pretty. Then about a week later I had babies. It is probably because she wants to breed.
