Well I've had a breeding pair of kribs for a few months now, and they've laid eggs 4-5 times, and each time the eggs are getting eaten. Think its because the tank that they are in, the Severum is intimidating them enough for them to eat their eggs? They will eventually be moved out of that tank into their own 10g to HOPEFULLY produce live feeders for Meaty (my oscar)
Any ideas?

Thats what I thought too, but since they've spawned a few times I thought they would of gotten to the wriggler stage
I guess it would probably be because my Severum dominates the tank...

IME, kribs have have some of the most varied personalties from one fish to the next. So once you get them settled in their own tank I wouldn't be too surprised to see them turn on each other in a 10 gallon. I never a lot of luck without removing one of them in anything less than a 3" tank and LOTS of places to hide. Normaly either the male or the female (agian, IME, it seemed to be more common for the female) would get really aggressive with the other if there wasn't anything to 'ban' togeather aginst. So keep in mind that some dithers or target fish may be needed if you don't want to split them up and you end up with some troubles.

Then again, maybe I just kept getting imbalanced fish. :)

You need fast dithers the kribs will make mince meat out of them otherwise! when mine were breeding in the 10 gal I had them housed with 3 Tiger barbs and 2 Harlequins, this worked well the Kribs were great parents and managed to raise their fry upto 1 cm in the same tank with all occupants listed above.

The tigers were the fish the kribs angled their agression at but they were fast enough to get away the Harle's were ignored! and the pair never had any quarrels! the perfrect pair :D
