How does your favourite kuhlie look? Do you have some very strangely patterned one? Please, show me some pictures.

Here is my favourite, Ulla. She is 14cm long and otherwise huge as well.

I don't have any decent shots of mine. One has orange spots going along the sides as well, little ones in between the stripes.

How do you tell a male from a female?

about sexing loaches, i have heard two different things: 1)it's impossible to sex unless you cut them open 2)males are broader in the chest while females are broader in the stomach. personally, i don't want to sit around and attempt to analyze who is broader than who, and where. it's just best to keep them at least in pairs, no matter the sex.
