lavender gouramis

i had lost 2 lavander gouramis (melvin, and gwendylin, the only 2 i lavander gouramis i owned) when my light went out and i wasnt able to replace it for a couple days.

i havent been able to find any since, and was wondering if this is a real type of gourami, and not just a misnamed fish, as i cant find any info on lavander gouramis.

the only thing i can think of would possibly be a kissing gourami those are pink though

another one to try is the opaline gourami they come in different colors but some are purple

Mate, it is a real gourami. Lavender gouramis are just another strain of the three spot gourami (trichogaster trichopterus). They're really pretty fish, i wish i could get my hands on a few... i c ur another gourami fan eh? good on ya mate. hope ur able to find some soon.
