First, sorry if I'm reposting a topic that's been covered a few times, I've been away from here about 2 years - the search didn't bring up what I'm looking for yet.

I am looking into replacing the lights on my 46g bowfront (FW, planted) with possibly a LED setup. Currently I have 2 coralife dual 36" T5 fixtures, and a coralife 30" PC.
2 of these: Coralife F/W T-5 Aqualight Double Strip Light-36" at Big Al's Online
1 of these: Coralife Freshwater Aqualight Deluxe-Single 30

for 149w of total power. I was looking into possibly lowering my electric bill by putting in a few (maybe 3) of these type of things:
White 5mm LED Aquarium Grow Light Panel 12" 14w total - eBay (item 330384891585 end time Dec-10-09 15:38:48 PST)

3 of those would only use 42w on the electric bill: 1/3 of what I use now. I am wondering though, how well do they work? I watched some videos on youtube, and they appear to be fairly powerful. Do they have enough power to equal the 3.2wpg I have now?

Anyone with any experience using them?
