let the fun begin

just purchased a new 133 gal yesterday.looking for ideas.i m askin for stand ideas lighting and some suggestions on which type of filtration i am going to need.its about time this tank is huge and the fish are going to love it

As for a stand, with a tank that size I'd definitely go with one that was made for it. We made stands for the 55 and the 29 but that's comparatively a lot of weight.

Are you planning on going planted?

for my stand i have some 6 foot 4x4 pieces and some 2x4 and 2x6 lumber laying around.i think i might attempt to build my own stand.my buddy next door used to be a carpenter so he knows a thing or two about strength.and about the planted im not sure.i dont know the first thing about aquatic plants.although i could do soem research and try to get a handle on it and give it a try im sure in a tank that size it would look beautiful
