I'm considering a 75 gal tank for my next MTS fix. I would like a freshwater community setup to start with and would like to have it moderately planted. Nothing extravagant, but some live plants for hiding places etc.
What is the easiest/most cost effective way to do this. Will a 3 tube strip light be enough? Or will I have to go to compact fluorescents? How many WPG would be enough? Tank will be 48"x18".
