Lighting for a planted 10 gallon?

I'm looking into setting up a planted 10 gallon, but the lighting I have for it now is just your basic 18" 15-watt fluorescent. I want to average at least around 3wpg, but I can't seem to find any 20" strip lights with enough wattage. Could anyone possibly point me in the right direction? I found a Coralife 20" compact fluorescent strip light, but it has a 50/50 bulb in it. I don't want to have to buy a whole separate bulb for a new strip light!!

you could you just purchase a new additional 18" light and get a glass hood to replace your existing one/ then you could simple use both light fixtures and get the 3wpg your looking for.

I already have a versa-top and an all-glass strip light. I was wanting to avoid having two strip lights, but if all else fails, I might have to do that.
