Lighting

I have a 180litre aquarium, measurements:

width =101 cm
depth = 41 cm
height = 50 cm

Can anyone recommend any good lighting systems I would prefer then to be covered and not suspended systems and I would like one that has a lot of light and options because I intend on having a heavily planted tank.
