I have the following light fixture for my tank.... I just want to know if these lights are good enough for plants.... (Aquarium Lighting: Coralife Lunar Aqualights Compact Fluorescent Strip Lights) Its the 48" fixture. It has a total of 260 Watts (4x65w bulbs) It has 4 moon light LED's which two are burnt out and I'm having trouble finding replacements. The bulbs I have are two of these 10,000°K 65W, and two of these 50/50 65W. Would this work for plants.... I've done some reading and still don't quite understand the lighting requirements for plants. I already have a banana plant and two varied potted plants I got to try to work with. I'll try to post pix later to see if any one can tell me what kind of plants they are. Thanx again.... *thumbsups
