hey its me again. i havent been on for a while so i guess that means ive been doin pretty good. ive had my tank up for close to four months now and all my fish are doing fine. i have a hum trigger, one spot foxfae, heniochus , and my clarkii clown. i have a quick question bout my lighting. i wanna get an actinic bulb to give a more natural look to my tank. but i dont wanna buy two actinic bulbs. im wonderin if i can put one actinic blue and one reg light in my t5 fixture. any advice would be great.

Hey Stevej, I was just thinking of doing that too! Had my tank set up for about two years now. Finally getting around to adding LR and corals. By one "regular light" were you thinking of doing a 10,000k full spectrum bulb? I was thinking of that plus one actinic.

I was wondering too if there's a way to put each bulb on a separate timer, to have the actinic come on at night, instead of all the lights shutting off at night.
